The mission of Whittier Education Campus is to provide an interactive, hands-on approach to inquiry and project-based learning focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Our Philosophy

Whittier Education Campus’s philosophy rests in the belief that all children can succeed when given a nurturing environment which fosters high expectations and provides the necessary tools to achieve the desired goals.

School Plan

The curriculum and instruction at Whittier Education Campus will ensure our students:

  • Are visionary thinkers and leaders who are able to critically analyze information and make informed decisions.

  • Have a mastery of conceptual and critical thinking skills.

  • Understand how to use technologies for information and communication.

  • Know how to participate in effective work teams by understanding the dynamics of interpersonal and group relationships.

  • Develop a sense of ethics, morality, and social justice.

To achieve these goals, the faculty at Whittier Education Campus will:

  • Provide an interactive, hands on approach to inquiry and project-based learning focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

  • Ensure achievement for all students regardless of circumstance.

  • Work collaboratively to improve teaching and learning.
